At Salmon Street Sound, food and drink are integral parts of our project. We're proud to offer a rotation of dining and beverage options.

Oi! The Sausage!

Oi! The Sausage! sells handmade sausages with meat from local farms. Chef Max always has a new selection of interesting flavors and all the fixings to go with them. If you're a fan of, as Anthony Bourdain calls it, "meat in tube form," Oi! The Sausage is a vendor you don't want to miss.

La Cuchara

Fresh, handmaid tortillas and Oaxequena classics made with love are Chef Paula's specialty. Usually just two blocks away, La Cuchara sometimes sets up shop at Salmon Street Sound for a delicious night of music and food!

Hiyaku

Chef Sam Saltos is a wizard with fish and fire. Wether it's melt-in-your-mouth sushi or char-grilled wagyu, his food is a treat for the senses. On our more elegant evenings, you can catch Hiyaku at Salmon Street Sound.

Otro Lado Bev Co

We always carry a selection of locally produced wines from Otro Lado Bev Co. Straight out of the Willamette Valley, Otro Lado pushes boundaries in winemaking to bring you a delicious glass of vino.
